In recent years Tsaghkadzor has become one of the most popular and preferred resort, especially for tourists who prefer active winter recreation.

Everything here is designed for high quality rest, and a very big role in it has the cable car, which was built with high European standards. Tsaghkadzor’s arm-chaired ropeway lies at the eastern slope of Teghenis Mountain (2819 m). A 6175m long ski lift takes skiers from an altitude of 1966m to 2819m above sea level.

Now both the ropeway and the trails are provided with the best techniques and equipment. Tsaghkadzor’s ski area is the best in the Caucasus. Artificial snow machines and trail groomers guarantee enjoyable skiing in any weather. The well-groomed trails will satisfy both professional skiers and amateurs.

There are a number of services in the territory of ropeway: parking, aid station, instructor, rescue service and cafes where you can relax, order a delicious food, hot coffee or tea. 

Ski season in Tsaghkadzor lasts up to 5 months, from mid-November until April.
