This comfortable villa is designed for a maximum 3 + 1 persons. The total area is 65 sq m. It is a comfortable studio-style room, which has a living room and kitchen (separated from the living room with small stairs); and a separate bedroom with one double or two single beds and a bathroom. This room also has a possibility for an extra bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary kitchen items and techniques-stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, tableware.

All bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins and all necessary accessories – soap, shampoo, cotton towels, hair- driers and slippers.
